Rain water harvesting and conservation practices meet the water demand for all the in house requirements. Power requirements are met by harnessing the solar energy. We live and breath by the concept of No Wastage and Zero Discharge. The by-products of each process becomes the input to the subsequent <-process->. Organic manure and bio-pesticides are being used in all agricultural activities to keep the soil living.
Utkarsh aims at providing an pristine environment to detoxify and de-stress a human against the hectic and monotonous life-style. Utkarsh shares in boundary with Hatibari Reserve Forest that helps Utkarsh in providing a calm and serene ambience to it’s visitors and inmates.
